About the role Welo Global specializes in multilingual AI, technology, and content solutions for thousands of clients. This role is the English into Slovak Review Lead, owning language quality standards and serving as the primary client-facing linguistic expert for a global technology client.
What you'll do Analyze requirements and assess impact on quality categories and content types
Run regular alignment roundtables and publish a monthly quality digest
Coach Reviewers one-to-one, run shadowing sessions, and deliver data-driven training
Turn justification patterns into style guide proposals and share patterns with the Quality Manager
Maintain alignment with the client by treating Language Manager decisions as the standard
What they're looking for 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance, Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance
Direct experience as primary contact for client Language Managers and managing escalations
Deep experience with localization evaluation frameworks such as RQE and LQE
Ability to analyze style guide changes and map expectations by content type
Hands-on meeting facilitation, coaching, and structured monthly quality reporting
Native-level Slovak and professional English proficiency
