Territory Account Executive, CNS Pharma (Remote)

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking an Account Specialist for Gainesville-Daytona Beach, FL. This remote-based role requires travel within the region to engage healthcare providers and support product launches.
You will execute territory plans, build relationships, and drive adoption while collaborating with Market Access, Patient Services, Medical teams to optimize outcomes. Must have 5+ years sales in CNS or specialty pharma and knowledge of patient pathways.
