Director of Sales Marketing

TWC Management, LLC · Denver, CO, USA ·

Pay:
$90,000-$95,000/yr
Job type:
Contract

Vīb Denver, a full-service hotel in Denver managed by TWC Management, is converting to Aiden by Best Western, an upscale boutique brand, and is hiring a Director of Sales & Marketing to own the hotel's local sales effort and grow group, corporate and locally negotiated room revenue.

This is a rare chance to lead sales through a brand conversion: you will reposition the hotel in the market, relaunch it to corporate and group clients under the Aiden name, and build its local book of business from day one.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for a seller who still loves to prospect. You will build the sales plan, run the sales office, and work closely with the General Manager, Revenue Manager and Director of F&B to drive total hotel revenue across rooms, meeting space and catering.

You will be rewarded directly for what you bring in: on top of base salary, you earn commission on every realized room booking the local sales department generates.
