Strategic Growth Director, Healthcare Sales & Marketing

The Wellness Group is seeking a Senior Director of Sales and Marketing to own patient enrollment and partner growth. You will lead field and community sales, build the marketing engine for patient enrollment, and turn provider and senior living partnerships into repeatable growth.
This builder role requires hiring, coaching, and owning the numbers. You will not inherit a playbook; you will write it and ensure every enrollment results in care for patients who would otherwise slip through cracks.
