Grand Living Park at Lake Mary is seeking a Director of Luminations to elevate memory care experiences in our Lake Mary community. You will lead the Luminations Neighborhood, mentor staff across Facets, Fitness, Housekeeping, Culinary and Health and Wellness, and partner with Health and Wellness to tailor resident service plans.
In this role you will be the family advocate, ensure quality of life and care, attend weekly department meetings, and report to the Executive Director.
