Managing Director - B2C iGaming | Africa (Remote from Africa with travel across the continent)
Arnold Ash are exclusively partnered with a high-growth iGaming group to identify and attract a Managing Director to lead the evolution and scaling of their B2C operations in Africa.
This is an opportunity for an accomplished iGaming leader to take full ownership of a growing B2C business, driving commercial performance, operational excellence and sustainable expansion across a dynamic and rapidly developing market.
The Opportunity:
- Take full P&L responsibility for the B2C business, delivering revenue growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for continued growth and market expansion.
- Lead commercial, marketing, product and operational functions.
- Optimise customer acquisition, retention, player engagement and lifetime value.
- Build and develop a high-performing local leadership team.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning across African markets.
- Ensure effective governance, regulatory compliance and operational risk management.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven senior leadership experience within B2C iGaming, online sportsbook or casino operations.
- Strong track record of scaling operations and managing substantial P&L responsibility.
- Experience operating within African iGaming markets would be highly advantageous.
- Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, commercial performance and operational delivery.
- A hands-on, commercially driven leader with the ability to execute strategy in fast-moving markets.
