Lead and scale the Art function across Voldex's portfolio of live-service games.
Coach and develop Art Leads to independently own visual direction.
Ensure high-quality, distinctive art across all games.
Key Responsibilities:

Own the health, scalability, and performance of the Art function.
Partner with cross-functional leadership to balance quality, scope, and deadlines.
Establish art standards, workflows, and review processes.
Who You Are:

Proven leadership of art organizations with 25+ FTE and multiple Art Leads.
Strong artistic and technical expertise across 3D, 2D, animation, and technical art.
Experience in live-service environments and end-to-end art hiring.
