Our client is a leading provider of high-quality custom print products and related marketing, promotional, and fulfillment solutions, helping organizations bring their brands to life. Through a broad product offering, advanced production capabilities, and technology-enabled solutions, the company supports complex business requirements across multiple industries and customer segments.

As the business continues to expand its enterprise customer base, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition, establish strategic customer partnerships, and deliver profitable revenue growth across major enterprise organizations.

This is a true enterprise-level new business development role, suited to a proven sales professional with a track record of winning large, complex accounts. Candidates must have experience selling to major national brands, large multi-location organizations, or significant enterprise partners and distribution networks. Experience limited primarily to mid-market accounts will not be sufficient for this position.

The successful candidate will be a commercially driven, consultative sales professional who can identify high-value opportunities, navigate complex buying organizations, engage senior decision-makers, and convert strategic prospects into profitable, long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise new business acquisition: Develop and execute a strategic new-logo acquisition plan targeting major national brands, large multi-location organizations, and substantial enterprise partners across relevant industries and customer segments.
  • Build and convert a qualified pipeline: Identify, prospect, and engage high-value enterprise opportunities through strategic outreach, account-based prospecting, referrals, industry relationships, and targeted business development initiatives.
  • Establish executive-level relationships: Build relationships with senior decision-makers across marketing, procurement, brand management, operations, finance, technology, and commercial leadership to develop sponsorship and align stakeholders around business value.
  • Win complex enterprise opportunities: Lead consultative sales processes from initial discovery and qualification through presentations, proposals, RFPs, commercial negotiations, contracting, and closing.
  • Identify scalable revenue opportunities: Uncover significant recurring requirements across print, marketing materials, promotional campaigns, wide-format products, fulfillment, distribution, and multi-location programs, developing solutions that deliver value at enterprise scale.
  • Navigate complex buying organizations: Understand enterprise procurement processes, centralized purchasing structures, approved-supplier requirements, distributed buying networks, and other decision-making models to develop effective strategies for winning new business.
  • Develop strategic commercial solutions: Partner with internal teams to build compelling business cases, develop tailored proposals, establish competitive pricing, and structure commercially attractive agreements while maintaining profitability and operational feasibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Estimating, Product, IT, Customer Support, Operations, Production, Fulfillment, and other stakeholders to develop solutions, respond to customer requirements, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Convert new business into recurring revenue: Develop actionable transition and launch plans with account management and operational teams to move newly signed customers into active purchasing programs and establish sustainable, long-term revenue streams.
  • Maintain strong commercial discipline: Manage opportunity pipelines, forecasts, CRM records, expected revenue, competitive intelligence, deal risks, and next steps with accuracy and accountability.
  • Drive measurable sales performance: Monitor pipeline coverage, conversion rates, sales-cycle progression, new-customer acquisition, revenue growth, and gross profit to maintain focus on commercial results.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B sales, business development, or complex consultative selling experience, including substantial success in acquiring new enterprise customers.
  • A demonstrable track record of winning genuinely large enterprise accounts, including major national brands, large multi-location organizations, or significant enterprise partners with complex commercial requirements.
  • Experience selling at Enterprise scale is essential. Candidates whose experience is primarily mid-market, small and medium-sized businesses, or smaller regional accounts will not be a fit for this role.
  • Proven success independently identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing significant new-business opportunities, with measurable results against revenue and acquisition targets.
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise procurement, executive-level buying groups, RFPs, commercial negotiations, contracting, and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
  • Experience selling to major national or multi-location brands and/or winning substantial enterprise partnerships through large business services organizations, marketing agencies, procurement aggregators, online print platforms, franchise networks, or other significant distribution partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to develop business cases, negotiate pricing, assess profitability, and structure sustainable customer programs.
  • Excellent executive presence, consultative discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop commercially viable solutions and successfully launch new customer relationships.
  • Strong prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, CRM, and account-based business development skills.
  • A proactive, resilient, self-directed approach, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles, influence senior stakeholders, and consistently deliver results.

Package includes an OTE up to around $250,000 p.a. on a 60%-40% split plus competitive benefits and an opportunity to develop your commercial skills in an AI-immune industry.
