North America Marketing Director Growth

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Senior Director of North America Marketing to translate our global go-to-market strategy into focused regional priorities and programs. You will lead an eight-person team, partner across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, and drive demand, pipeline, and revenue in North America.
You will oversee multi-channel campaigns, set regional KPIs, and optimize performance while representing the brand at key events and partner forums.
