Public Sector Account Director — Southern Europe (Italy)

TRM Labs is seeking an Account Director for the EMEA region, focused on Italy and Southern Europe. You will own the public sector territory, shape go-to-market, and close six- and seven-figure deals through direct sales and partners.
You will leverage AI-assisted prospecting, build a multi-quarter pipeline, and coordinate with Legal, Policy, and Deal Desk to align with procurement processes and regulations. Based in Europe with regular regional travel.
