Marketing & Sales Strategist

Bluum Digital is growing (again!) and we're hiring a Marketing & Sales Strategist to join our team at our office in Utopia, TX (yes, forreal). We're looking to hire as soon as possible and will be interviewing over the next couple of weeks.
Bluum Digital is a digital marketing agency that works with businesses across the country to manage their online advertising, including Google, Facebook, and Instagram Ads, along with landing pages, creative, and marketing strategy.
This role blends account management, marketing strategy, and business development, with roughly 60% of your time focused on client accounts and 40% on growing new business. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Build and manage advertising campaigns and analyze performance
Develop and oversee client marketing strategies
Work alongside our team on creative and landing page projects
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
Generate new business through outbound prospecting
Qualify inbound leads, handle outreach, and follow up with prospects
Schedule and support discovery calls
Grow into owning the full sales process over time
You won't be building pipeline from scratch. We're investing in our own lead generation campaigns, so you'll have inbound opportunities to work alongside your own prospecting.

A strong communicator who's comfortable talking with clients and prospects
Detail-oriented and willing to problem solve
Motivated to learn and take on more responsibility over time
Marketing experience is a plus!
Schedule & Training The position starts part-time and in-office (Tuesday through Thursday) at our Utopia location, with the goal of transitioning to full-time once training is complete. Candidates moving forward in the interview process will receive instructions for completing a few industry certifications before starting.
