Senior Director, Performance Marketing & Partnerships

GEICO is seeking a Senior Director, Search & Partner Marketing in a hybrid role based in New York, NY; Bethesda, MD; or Chicago, IL. You will lead GEICO's Performance Marketing function across paid search, AI paid search, affiliates/aggregators, and lead generation, directing a large budget and a capable team.
You will shape strategy, mentor leaders, and partner with data science, analytics, and IT to optimize acquisition, efficiency, and LTV across a multi-product portfolio.
