Paid Media Lead

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 11/09/2026 to 11/09/2027 PAY: $50.00 to $63.50/hour Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing leads, media teams, creative strategists, analytics, and data partners to build data-informed recommendations and campaigns.
Develop integrated media strategies across channels aligned to business objectives and KPIs.
Manage workflow between external and internal media teams to support strategy implementation.
Analyze media channel performance and provide insights, optimization guidance, and results to key partners.
Support senior strategists on campaigns ranging from brand awareness to performance efforts with specialized focus areas.
Build media briefs, review media plans, and consolidate information into clear stakeholder presentations.
Support campaign execution needs including understanding media specs, trafficking, reporting, and optimization.
Requirements: 5+ years of media planning and strategy experience.
Expertise in cross-channel tactical planning for performance and brand KPIs.
Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to build audience profiles, communication plans, and channel-level strategies.
Familiarity with traditional media channels (OOH, TV), digital advertising, and social media platforms and how they work together in integrated campaigns.
Track record of measuring impact through testing and measurement solutions and communicating results and recommendations clearly.
Proficiency working within syndicated research sources (MRI/Simmons, comScore, etc.).
