Ladders is hiring: Senior Regional Marketer -- West Region in New York

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Regional Marketer -- West Region to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This individual will shape regional marketing strategy across the West Region, with a strong focus on oncology and breast cancer commercial execution. The role will build influential relationships with key external stakeholders, translate market dynamics into actionable insights, and help inform national brand direction. It is a highly cross-functional position that connects field engagement, advisory input, congress activity, and launch support to drive commercial impact in a competitive biotech environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $200,000 – $245,000 annually

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and strategic accounts

Assess regional treatment dynamics and competitive landscape

Lead regional advisory boards to inform commercial strategy

Support national KOL engagement during oncology congresses

Execute regional launch initiatives for a new oncology product

Manage regional Speaker Bureau and educational programs

Generate customer insights to influence national brand strategy

Qualifications

7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial experience

Oncology marketing or sales experience required

Recent breast cancer commercial experience preferred, especially in ER+/HER2- metastatic breast cancer

Experience supporting successful oncology product launches

Active KOL relationships in the West Coast geography

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields; MBA preferred

Strong communication skills and ethical standards
