Reinforce value and impact proactively, helping drive strong retention through clear communication and strategic leadership
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in Account Management, or a similar client-facing role (agency experience strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and digital channels (paid media, CRO, creative, SEO)
Comfortable pulling insights from eCommerce metrics like ROAS, AOV, LTV (and communicating them clearly)
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills (clear, calm, strategic)
Strong organization + follow-through across meetings, action items, and internal coordination
Benefits & Compensation
Fully remote role
Health insurance
401(k) with employer match
3 weeks combined PTO + sick time, plus 10 paid holidays

You like owning client relationships and driving strategy
You can turn performance numbers into a story clients instantly understand
You’re proactive and naturally spot issues before they become problems
You love cross-functional collaboration and keeping teams aligned
