Senior Paid Media Strategist — Remote (US/CA/SA)

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a roster of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budget calls, roadmap and narrative when clients ask why—becoming the strategic voice at the table.
You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budgets, bidding, targeting and testing, and deliver 90-day roadmaps with a clear numbers story on calls.
