Duolingo is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own paid user growth across 100+ markets and multiple products. You will oversee a team of marketers, shape strategy for new user acquisition, and partner with Product and Engineering to connect acquisition to retention.
You will measure incrementality, saturation, and LTV/ROAS, while scaling creative via agencies, creators, and internal partners. This role reports into Performance Marketing leadership.
