Can you make a complex technical product interesting enough that people actually stop scrolling?
We’re hiring a Social Media & Content Lead for an early-stage, venture-backed company building AI for the insurance industry.
San Francisco — on-site, 5 days a week
Advertised salary: $125K–$275K, depending on experience
The business supports customers writing more than $15B in insurance premiums. There are real customer stories to tell and an opportunity to shape how the market understands the technology.
You’ll own social strategy and execution, with direct access to the CEO, a dedicated content budget and opportunities to visit customers.
That means finding the story, writing the post, creating the visual, publishing it and understanding why it worked.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Owned social media end-to-end at a recognised, high-performing tech startup.
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn and X.
- Strong writing instincts and the ability to explain technical ideas clearly.
- Hands-on design skills, particularly in Canva.
- A portfolio of live work and case studies showing what they achieved.
- Experience using AI tools, alongside the editorial judgment to make the work distinctive.
You’ll need at least two years of relevant experience, including full-time ownership of company channels.
Show me the campaign you built, the audience you grew, or the complicated idea you made people care about.
