Growth Marketing Director: Demand Gen & ABM Leader

The Phoenix Group® is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead our digital demand engine across ABM and traditional demand channels. You will own and optimize pipeline generation, align marketing with revenue goals, and partner with Sales, Content, Product, Solutions, Finance, and Revenue Operations.
You will design data-driven demand programs, scale digital campaigns, manage budgets, and provide insights to executive leadership.
