AVP Creative Director - Global Brand Studio (Hybrid)

L'Oréal USA – Professional Products Division in New York, NY seeks an AVP, Creative Director to shape the visual identity of Color Wow and Pulp Riot. You will co-create with marketing and digital partners, sharing P&L and a seat at the table in a complex global setup.
You'll lead a small, high-performance team, defend bold creative ideas with senior stakeholders, and drive end-to-end production—from global hero films to in-salon activations—while navigating a hybrid work model.
