Brand Marketing Coordinator — Events & Gifting

Raffles Hotels & Resorts in New York is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day brand marketing activities for Fairmont and Raffles. You will coordinate budgets, events, gifting and collateral, while liaising with internal teams, hotels, suppliers and agencies to ensure timely execution.
The role focuses on maintaining calendars, processing invoices, managing vendors and ensuring campaigns stay on brand and on schedule. A 2–4 year track record in marketing coordination is preferred.
