Director, Performance Marketing — Remote

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to lead our PPC and SEO efforts. You will oversee the strategists, set quality standards, and own channel strategy and budget decisions as accounts scale. This is a management seat, not an IC role.
You will be the client-facing owner, ensuring accurate reporting and GA4 integrity, and you will drive the hiring plan for the department while collaborating with leadership. Remote work is available for major markets.
