Animator Job at VMware in Conway

VMware is the kind of place where a proudly-imperfect Animator can ship real general work and still leave on time most days. Cut to the chase and you get $79,000 - $106,000, a general mandate, and VMware colleagues who treat ownership as the default.

Key Responsibilities

Notice the refreshingly-candid gap between the spec and the shipped thing

Build the Delegation habits a senior role can lean on for years

Leave every general system a little better than you found it

Maintain clear documentation of work performed and outcomes delivered

Keep records, systems, and shared files organized and up to date

Bridge Conflict Resolution and Flexibility so neither team works in the dark

Spot where Flexibility breaks before it shows up in a dashboard

Build and sustain strong working relationships across departments

What You'll Bring

Hands-on Flexibility experience that survives a whiteboard interview

The kind of empathy that makes hard feedback land softly

A VMware mindset: scrappy today, scalable tomorrow

A communicator who can disagree without making it personal

We started VMware in a Conway garage because the general status quo deserved a deeply-curious reckoning. We believe the best general decisions get made closest to the work, not three floors up.

The package speaks for itself: $79,000 - $106,000, coaching, coverage, and the flexible temporary hours that purpose-soaked general pros expect.

The VMware team is expanding in Conway, AR this quarter, and this seat is part of that growth.
