Sr. Relationship Manager (Commercial Loan)

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sr. Relationship Manager leads business development efforts, manages commercial loan portfolios, and cultivates client relationships to drive loan, deposit, and fee income growth. This role provides leadership and support to regional teams while ensuring strong portfolio performance and exceptional customer service.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible and accountable for originating, directing, and administering, through subordinate personnel in the designated region to achieve profit, growth, and customer service objectives of the Bank through the development of deposits, loan assets, and fee-based services.
- Responsible for and direct all functions of business development with designated region.
- Providing training, guidance and other support to all staff under supervision.
- Provide leadership and support to all Branch Managers and Team Leaders within designated region.
- Responsible for the management, maintenance and service of a Commercial Loan portfolio.
- Review credit and financial analysis for new loan request & existing loans from Underwriters.
- Actively cross-selling Bank's other products and services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Years of Experience: 3-5years of relevant professional experience preferred.
- Abilities & Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
