Salary Range: $120,000.00 To $225,000.00 Annually
Seattle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced, driven, and hands-on Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and help take our dealership to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage all aspects of new and pre-owned vehicle sales operations
- Recruit, coach, and motivate the sales and finance teams to exceed monthly performance goals
- Track and analyze key performance metrics including gross profit, unit volume, and CSI
- Partner with Service and Parts leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience across departments
- Manage inventory levels, aging, and pricing to optimize turn and profitability
- Implement and maintain proven sales processes and customer follow-up standards
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs and dealership policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager in an automotive dealership
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of desking deals, F&I operations, and CRM/DMS utilization
- Ability to foster a high-performance, customer-first culture
- Positive, professional, and energetic presence with a passion for the automotive industry
