Rubrik is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to partner with Americas Field Sales to drive growth through analytics, forecasting and efficient processes. You will own reporting cadences, manage pipelines, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with leadership and product ops.
Ideal candidates have 5-7+ years in Sales Operations, strong communication with Sales VPs, and hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Clari and Excel/Sheets to enable revenue growth across Tier1 accounts.
