Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Camas, WA. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and community engagement. Daily activities include managing social media calendars, drafting posts and visual assets, monitoring comments and messages, and responding in a timely, professional manner. The specialist will track performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to align social content with broader marketing initiatives and HOA-focused services. The role also involves staying current with social media trends and best practices to continuously improve Effortless HOA’s online presence.
Qualifications Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, including writing posts and collaborating on visual assets that reflect brand voice and community values.
Foundational Marketing knowledge, including audience targeting, brand positioning, and campaign planning.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, scheduling platforms) to track performance and report results.
Ability to work on-site in Camas, WA, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Relevant education or experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; experience in property management or HOA services is a plus.
