Lids is seeking a Sr. Manager, Retail Experience to lead the strategy and execution of the retail experience across stores, openings, and live activations. You will guide storytelling, design standards, and collaboration with Marketing, Creative, and Ops to deliver compelling, on-brand experiences.
You will manage a team, balance budgets, and drive initiatives that enhance product discovery and customer journeys across Lids Core, Specialty, and SIS stores.
