Federal Proposals Specialist & Writer

Bilfinger North America is seeking an Assistant Proposal Manager to support federal, municipal, educational, and healthcare opportunities. You will improve content, develop new boilerplate, and ensure proposals meet client requirements while coordinating multiple submissions.
The role requires 2+ years of related experience, strong editing and writing skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications. Some travel may be required.
