Engine is seeking a Director of Strategy & Operations, Groups to partner with the VP of Sales and own how the sales org plans and executes. This is a hands-on role in a high-growth, AI-driven travel platform.
You will hire and lead a team of analysts, shape segmentation, forecasting, and AI-enabled sales, and collaborate with GTM Finance, Growth, and Corporate Finance. You’ll help define the sales process, build a data-informed cadence, and drive productivity gains across the revenue engine.
