Position Overview
Levolor is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sr Director of Sales to lead our Home Depot and Blinds.com businesses, including eCommerce.
Top line growth, specifically in B2B sales, is a key priority for Levolor over the next few years and requires a leader who can set and execute a clear omni-channel strategy in-store and online, delivering a unified customer journey across aisle, Pro, and digital touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will have a high degree of initiative and a strong background in
strategic account management, strong analytical skills decision making, and digital
and omnichannel brand development, as well as experience providing a quality customer
experience and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Home Depot, Blinds.com, and ecomm accounts — owning the customer relationship, account P&L, and growth outcome across both store and online — with a focus on growth and execution. Partner with the Field Sales team to drive aisle sales and expansion of the brick-and-mortar business.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive omni-channel strategy (store and online) across a branded and private branded portfolio to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability, including Joint Business Plan development and negotiation.
- Develop and execute the eCommerce growth strategy for the accounts, ensuring products are optimally represented on the digital shelf (content, PDPs, ratings/reviews, search placement) to drive high conversion rates.
- Partner with Trade Marketing on digital shelf, retail media, and omnichannel execution, including customer-specific merchandising, digital promotions, and campaigns, while analyzing trade spend ROI, promo effectiveness, and digital conversion to spot trends across Levolor and the industry and drive results.
- Identify opportunities to grow the business within and beyond current programs — including account-specific white space across in-store and online — and build key partnerships to execute against them.
- Oversee and direct the daily operations of the accounts, ensuring products are appropriately placed and merchandised — in aisle and online — to drive high conversion rates.
- Own the demand forecast, supply chain readiness, and in-stock position for the accounts, partnering with supply chain and finance to ensure accuracy, drive planning discipline, and support business decisions.
- Develop strong relationships with direct report(s), key partners, and vendors to enhance team and account support capabilities.
