Find your fit — and your future.As a Photo/Video Producer, you'll bring Levi's Global Marketing campaigns to life, from first creative concept to final asset delivery. You'll lead your own shoots and step in to support teammates' projects. You'll own end-to-end production, including budgets, casting, scheduling, and relationships with talent, agencies, and vendors, so that every project lands on time, on brief, and on budget.You'll work with Creative, Project Management, and cross-functional partners, and you'll resource the photographers, directors, crew, talent, and vendors who deliver world-class visual storytelling. You'll report to the Head of Production.About the JobLead and support productionLead photo and video shoots from planning through on-set execution and final delivery, owning the outcome from start to finishSupport fellow producers by stepping in on shoots as secondary and tertiary support, sharing resources, and covering gaps wherever the team needs supportBuild production schedules in partnership with Project Management to meet cross-functional milestonesRun the day-of-shoot schedule, coordinating closely with creative partnersManage talent, casting, and crewBuild and maintain relationships with photographers, directors, talent agents, production partners, and vendorsLead casting from sourcing through internal approvalsResource and manage art, cast, crew, and freelance supportDirect crews, cast, and contingent staff on set so every shoot runs smoothlyManage budget and logisticsManage shoot budgets within project parameters and approval processesNegotiate usage rights, rates, contracts, and talent releasesManage usage and licensing extensionsSecure prepayments, process and reconcile invoices, and manage talent and partner agreementsOversee locations, travel, call sheets, equipment, and post-production schedulesCollaborate and communicatePartner with Creative, Project Management, and cross-functional teams to make sure execution meets the briefPropose scenario-based solutions that protect creative intent while staying within budget and timeline constraintsAbout YouBachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience in production or creative agencies3–5 years of experience as an in-house, freelance, or agency producer3+ years of experience producing photo and/or video for brand, marketing, or editorial contentStrong photo production background; experience across art, photo, video, and agency environments is a plusComfortable both leading projects independently and supporting teammates' workThis is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.The expected starting salary range for this role is $92,300 - $125,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
