Our production team, Point Studios, shoots in our own studio and on location. We edit in-house, compose original music and record our own podcast, "What’s the Point?!" Plenty of our short-form videos have gone viral, and we’d like your ideas for our clients.
Role Description

Point is looking for a Content Creator / Designer to join Point Studios, our in-house creative production team. This role is built for someone who is just as comfortable shooting and editing social video on an iPhone as they are designing a social post or laying out a web page.
You will work alongside our senior creative team, supporting video production, podcast content, social media assets, and digital design across a range of clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who moves fast, thinks visually, and already creates content on their own, whether that is a personal brand, a side project, or standout internship work.
Responsibilities

Shoot social video content using iPhone and other cameras
Edit short-form video for social platforms using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools
Record, edit, and produce podcast episodes
Create social media graphics and posts using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
Post and schedule content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
Contribute to web design and digital projects as needed
Support the senior creative team on shoots, edits, and production tasks
Use AI tools to speed up workflows and explore creative ideas
Help maintain brand consistency across client accounts
Experience

1–2 years of experience or a strong internship / personal portfolio in content creation
Comfortable shooting video on iPhone and basic camera equipment
Working knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and/or similar video editing tools
Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator for graphics
Active presence on social platforms with an understanding of what performs
Interest in podcasting, audio editing, or willingness to learn quickly
Basic web design skills (WordPress, Squarespace, Figma, or similar) are a plus
Exposure to AI creative tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) is a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong visual eye and sense of composition for both video and static content
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or on a small team
Ability to move quickly from concept to finished content
Organized and able to manage multiple client projects at once
Eager to learn new tools, platforms, and techniques
Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
Strong written communication skills for captions, scripts, and social copy
