Duties:

Plan and execute technical SEO activities for site migrations and ongoing site maintenance.

Monitor Google Search Console and other analytics platforms to identify issues and opportunities.

Diagnose and resolve crawlability, indexation, and site error issues (e.g., 404s, 5xx).

Work with engineering and content teams to implement technical and on-page SEO fixes and optimizations.

Maintain and prioritize the quarterly SEO backlog, including tasks related to site architecture, schema markup, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals.

Support research and experimentation on AI-driven SEO optimizations and new initiatives.

Skills:
Required Qualifications

3 to 5+ years of experience in similar roles.

Strong proficiency with SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Search Console, JIRA, and Ahrefs.

In-depth knowledge of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO strategies.

Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams (content, analytics, engineering).

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills and effective project management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a related field (preferred; relevant work experience can substitute).

Experience prioritizing and managing an SEO backlog and working on site architecture, schema markup, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals.

Hands-on experience with site migrations and implementing SEO best practices during migrations.

Familiarity with AI-driven SEO optimizations and experimentation.

Compensation:

Pay Rate: $54.23/hour
