About the role

This role partners closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other Naterra teams to ensure the brands compete boldly and grow profitably.

If you are a leader with experience in beauty or CPG, strategic brand leadership, and a passion for building brands people love, this is the role for you.

What you'll do
Brand Leadership and Strategy

Own and drive the brand strategic planning process, ensuring consistent brand positioning and alignment with financial goals

Identify and capitalize on white space opportunities, trends, and expansion areas to support a strong product innovation pipeline and profitable brand growth

Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions and identify new growth opportunities

Champion brand storytelling — bringing product narratives to life through compelling, insight-driven content across all channels and touchpoints

Set and uphold brand standards, ensuring consistency across marketing materials, packaging, and visual merchandising

Campaign Management and Execution

Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end — from briefing through execution — working cross-functionally with Creative, Media, Social, Sales, and Product Development

Direct the creation of campaign strategy through briefings and collaborative workshops with the broader Marketing team

Monitor and analyze campaign performance; use data to inform strategy and continuously improve results

Cross-Functional Leadership & P&L Management

Foster strong collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and other Naterra teams to achieve unified business goals

Collaborate with Sales on retailer relationships, line review decks, and sell-in stories that bring the brands to life at the shelf and in the buyer conversation

Oversee the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation

Own P&L and budget management at the brand level

Team Development

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of brand professionals; set clear objectives, foster a collaborative and innovative culture, and provide ongoing coaching and professional development

Design and implement team structures and resource plans aligned to business goals, ensuring efficient use of talent and capabilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

8+ years of experience in brand management in a fast-moving CPG environment, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns

2–3 years of direct people management experience

Cross-functional CPG experience required; commercial experience partnering with Sales strongly preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to build commercial models that drive growth

Proactive ownership mindset; highly organized, able to drive high-level strategy while delivering on execution

Passionate about data analytics and its impact on the bottom line; strong proficiency in P&L, KPI’s, and budget management

Comfortable analyzing complex, evolving situations to develop productive and sustainable solutions

Digital and social-media savvy with a strong understanding of the modern consumer landscape

Adaptable to fast-paced environments; skilled at prioritizing against resources and budget while keeping bigger-picture goals in focus

Start-up mentality: willing to roll up sleeves, prioritize ruthlessly, and thrive in ambiguity

Demonstrated project management expertise leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes

Experience in market research and competitive analysis
