Head of Internal Communications & Company Narrative

Beast Industries is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Leader to own communications strategy across the organization. You’ll translate strategy into a mission that every employee can recite, connect teams across offices and remote workers, and partner with executives to ensure consistent, authentic messaging.
You’ll design multi-format channels, foster two-way feedback, and build a cascade of information through managers to all levels.
