UX Copywriter: Shape Clear Mobile Journeys

T-Mobile is seeking an experienced UX Writer to lead copy across Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile digital experiences. You’ll work within Full Bars to craft onboarding, account management, error messages, and notifications with a clear brand voice.
You’ll translate technical and legal information into simple language, contribute creative copy for emails and social content, and collaborate with product, design, and brand teams to ensure consistent, customer-friendly messaging.
