Park Place Finance is a fast-growing, nationwide private lender specializing in fix-and-flips, ground-up construction, and DSCR loans. But what truly sets us apart is how we do it. Our culture is built on a high-performance, entrepreneurial mindset where driven professionals thrive in a "work hard, play hard" environment. You'll find a team that rallies together, celebrates wins, and keeps raising the bar.
We move fast. We think big. And we invest in people as much as properties. With a focus on health, wealth, and professional development, we're not just funding deals — we're building careers & long-lasting relationships.
About the Role We're hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to own our marketing from strategy through execution. You'll run HubSpot, manage paid ad campaigns, grow our social presence, and produce the content and print collateral our sales team uses every day. This role is ideal for someone who can build the plan in the morning and design the flyer in the afternoon.

Build and send email campaigns and automated nurture sequences for borrowers, brokers, and investors

Keep branding consistent across Park Place and Competitive Edge Lending
Conferences & Events
Manage the company's full conference calendar: research, select, and register for industry events
Purchase and coordinate exhibitor booths and sponsorships, including booth design, displays, and giveaways
Book travel for attending staff, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
Manage event budgets, deadlines, and vendor logistics from registration through follow-up
Coordinate post-event lead follow-up with the sales team
Strategy & Growth
Develop go-to-market plans for new loan products and new markets
Plan and promote events, sponsorships, and broker outreach initiatives
