Puyana Plastic Surgery is a high-end, innovative, and rapidly growing aesthetic plastic surgery practice seeking a versatile, creative, and highly driven Social Media Coordinator to manage and elevate the practice’s entire digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who understands luxury branding, stays ahead of social media trends, and can build authentic connections with audiences and influencers.

Position Summary
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for owning and managing the full online presence of the practice across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, RealSelf, the practice website, online reviews, and email/messaging campaigns. This individual will execute content strategy, grow audiences, manage reputation, and support both organic and paid digital growth, while maintaining brand consistency and professionalism.

ResponsibilitiesSocial Media, Content & Platform Management

Manage and grow the practice’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and RealSelf

Create, edit, and publish high-quality content including reels, short-form videos, long-form YouTube content, posts, stories, and captions

Be comfortable editing content using online tools and platforms for video, graphics, and captions

Stay current with platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

Ensure all content aligns with the practice’s luxury, professional, and patient-centered brand

Coordinate HIPAA-compliant patient education, behind-the-scenes, and educational content

Website, Reviews & Online Reputation

Update and manage website content as needed

Monitor, manage, and respond professionally to online reviews (Google, RealSelf, and other platforms)

Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels

Email, Messaging & Campaigns

Create and manage email and messaging campaigns for patient education, announcements, and engagement

Coordinate digital campaigns for launches, awareness, and brand initiatives

Track performance and optimize content accordingly

Paid Advertising & Growth

Be comfortable working with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and TikTok Ads

Assist with ad creative, audience targeting, campaign setup, and performance tracking

Monitor ad performance and help optimize messaging and creative assets

Influencer & Community Engagement

Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners

Coordinate collaborations, content creation, and on-site visits when appropriate

Engage with followers via comments and direct messages

Represent the practice professionally in digital and in-person collaborations

Strategy, Analytics & Collaboration

Develop and execute a cohesive digital and social media growth strategy

Track analytics and insights across platforms and campaigns

Collaborate closely with the surgeon, patient care team, and staff

Support internal teams with content needs and brand initiatives

Qualifications
Required

Proven experience managing Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and RealSelf

Strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement

Comfortable editing content using online tools for video and graphic creation

Comfortable with Meta and TikTok advertising platforms

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — a true people person

Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented

Professional, polished demeanor aligned with a luxury medical brand

Preferred

Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or luxury brands

Strong video editing and storytelling skills

Experience working with influencers and paid media campaigns

Familiarity with analytics, scheduling tools, and performance tracking
