US Social Creative Lead & Content Producer

Neko Health AB in the US is seeking a hands-on Social Creative Lead to own social content for the US from idea to published post. You will shoot and edit stills and motion content, and collaborate with Marketing on strategy, captions and the editorial calendar.
You’ll direct freelance videographers on location, ensure platform and trend responsiveness, and bring autonomy across time zones. Travel 1–2 weeks when needed, and use AI to speed ideation with human review.
