UX Copywriter for Mint & Ultra — Clear, Human UX Writing

T-Mobile is seeking a UX writer to lead writing across Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile digital experiences within Full Bars, our in-house agency. You will translate complex processes into clear, human language and adapt tone to brand voice across product flows, onboarding, and account management.
You’ll also contribute to email campaigns, blogs, and social content, collaborating with product, design, and brand teams to ensure accurate, engaging reading experiences for customers.
