Social Media Strategist

We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Strategist to help bring the Moose Offroad and Slippery brands to life across digital channels. This role combines graphic design, social media management, photo and video editing, and content creation to engage riders, enthusiasts, and customers through compelling visual storytelling.

This position requires an on-site, Monday-through-Friday schedule in our Janesville, Wisconsin office.

What You'll Do

Design high-impact social media content using Adobe Creative Cloud

Create photorealistic product composites through photo editing and retouching

Manage and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Sprout, and Meta Business Suite

Collaborate with photographers, videographers, sponsored riders, and race teams to develop engaging content

Edit photo and video content for product launches, social campaigns, and brand initiatives

Travel to races, events, and photoshoots to capture content and support brand storytelling

Present creative concepts and explain design decisions during creative review meetings

Stay current on social media trends, platform best practices, and emerging design techniques

Use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to create and edit short-form video content

Support brand growth by creating engaging content that strengthens audience connection and brand awareness

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

4–6 years of graphic design, content creation, or social media design experience

Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects

Experience creating content for social media platforms

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling

Excellent creativity, organization, and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Passion for powersports, racing, outdoor adventure, or enthusiast brands is highly preferred
