Director, Trade Marketing: Commercial Strategy Leader

L'Oréal USA, Hudson Yards, NY, seeks a Director, Trade Marketing (LDB) to lead a high-performance team and shape the division's commercial strategy for brands like CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, and Vichy. You will balance strategic marketing translation with retail execution and ROI discipline, reporting to the AVP, Trade Marketing.
You will partner with GM-level leaders, drive data-driven decisions, and own P&L and trade spend optimization while aligning field and retailer programs across channels.
