Remote Paid Media Lead & Growth Strategist

Fountain Digital is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own the strategy, execution, and performance of paid media campaigns for a portfolio of client accounts. You will lead a small team of strategists while remaining hands-on in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, guiding campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels.
The role reports to a Supervisor, Paid Media and requires deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and GA4/GTM for measurement.
