Design across multiple aesthetics, brands, and creative styles
Develop graphics with consideration for garment construction, fabrication, placement, trims, labels, and hardware
Explore embroidery, screen printing, specialty printing, washes, distressing, patches, and garment treatments
Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Associate Creative Directors, and production teams
Own creative projects independently from initial concept through final execution
Prepare production‑ready artwork and ensure designs translate successfully into physical products
Manage multiple collection projects and fast‑turn creative requests
Incorporate inspiration from fashion, music, sports, entertainment, art, and pop culture
Present creative concepts, incorporate feedback, and refine designs to meet project expectations
Maintain exceptional design quality while working in a fast‑paced environment
Qualifications:
4+ years of professional graphic design experience
Significant experience designing merchandise, apparel graphics, or culturally driven consumer products
Exceptional portfolio featuring real, executed merchandise and apparel designs
Strong conceptual design skills with the ability to develop original collection concepts
Expert‑level understanding of typography, composition, color, illustration, and graphic development
Ability to design across multiple visual styles and brand aesthetics
Strong understanding of how 2D artwork translates into physical merchandise
Experience with apparel graphics, printing techniques, embroidery, garment treatments, trims, or production strongly preferred
Ability to take creative direction while bringing original ideas and recommendations
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong awareness of fashion, music, sports, entertainment, art, and cultural trends
Important: This is NOT a general graphic design position. Candidates must have significant professional experience creating merchandise and apparel graphics.
