Head of Performance Marketing — Remote, Own 7-Figure Funnel

AvantStay, Inc. is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to own a seven-figure annual paid budget and rebuild the funnel end to end, from awareness to booked stays or signed owners.
You will lead analytics, audience, ad copy, landing pages, and reporting; connect Salesforce and GA4, implement clean deduplication, and set a trusted attribution framework across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft and hotel ads.
