Brand Communications Assistant - Lifestyle

Conti Communications is looking for a Brand Communications Assistant to join their New York based team. Conti Communications is a brand communications agency founded in 2019 (with offices both in New York City and Paris, France) focused on press relations & editorial storytelling, collaborations, partnerships and events working with brands such as Fouquet's, Nine Orchard, Flamingo Estate, AERIN, among others.
Tasks include: Contribute to weekly & monthly client reporting
Track & share press placements
Upload and maintain the organization of client assets in our shared drive
Manage and update editor information in our contacts database
Maintain our media lists for each client
Coordinate and support public relations and marketing initiatives with Conti Communications and its clients
Assisting with gifting initiatives
Assisting with client events
Assisting coordinator and senior team members as needed
Preparing agendas, sending calendar invites and keeping minutes for all relevant meetings
The Ideal Candidate: Lives in the NYC area
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
An interest in culture, design and the arts
Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset
At ease with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel as well as Google Drive & Dropbox
Highlyorganized and able to prioritize and work to deadlines
Independent, confident, proactive, and solution-oriented
Exceptional communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal
Dynamic team-player
