is seeking an ambitious

Associate Producer

to join our Sales Development Program. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in

outside sales, business development, account management, recruiting, client relationship management, or insurance sales .

As an Associate Producer, you'll receive industry-leading training, mentorship, and licensing support while learning how to prospect, build client relationships, generate new business, and grow into a successful sales professional.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community involvement.

Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking events.

Learn consultative sales and client advisory techniques.

Develop and manage a sales pipeline using CRM technology.

Partner with experienced Account Executives and Producers on sales strategies and client acquisition.

Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Interest in sales, business development, account management, recruiting, or customer-facing roles.

Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.

Ability to obtain insurance licensing.

Bachelor's degree or sales experience preferred but not required.
