Cognizant is seeking an Audio-Visual Technician for a full-time opportunity in Santa Clara, CA

Responsibilities:

The Audio-Visual technician (AV)is responsible for end user computing support, including configuration, troubleshooting, setup, and maintenance of conference room and AV systems.

The role will support critical executive and director-level meetings, video conferencing, IP phones, iPads, and AV devices such as Neat Boards, Neat Pads, and Neat Bars.

Qualifications

5 plus years of experience with AV support including configuration, troubleshooting, setup and maintenance.

Mac & Windows End User Computing Support – hardware, software and OS troubleshooting.

Experience with AV Devices – Neat Board, Neat Pad, Neat Bar, IP Phones and iPads

Experience with Executive meeting and conference room support including critical meetings, events and Ad hoc AV support.

The base salary range for this role is between $65,000 and $74,000 depending on skills and qualifications of the candidate. Applications will be accepted until 11/11/2026.
