Growth Editorial Lead — Content & Growth Strategy

Cantina is seeking a Manager Editor to lead our outbound messaging across content, marketing, and thought leadership, driving user growth and partnerships. You’ll own the long-term strategy and day-to-day execution of our content marketing machine, collaborating with executives, comms leadership, and the community team.
You'll build the editorial voice for Cantina's core channels, hire and mentor a multi-person team, and guide content calendars and campaigns.
